2. Scope
These Terms govern your use of our online store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Products & pricing
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur, and — as our lamps are made from folded material — slight handling traces are normal. All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Orders & contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, product unavailable, payment not authorized, or suspected fraud); in that case any payment is refunded.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. Payment is taken in accordance with the method selected at checkout.
6. Delivery & local pickup
We deliver to Germany and the European Union, and offer local pickup at our Berlin partner points. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or collection.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to the exceptions for personalized goods. See our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Statutory guarantee & liability
Products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity (24 months) under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses; nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store (brand, designs, text, images) is owned by or licensed to LOOPPOOL SASU and may not be used without our permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence (for example, Germany), which continue to apply. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts; consumers may also seek national consumer mediation.

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
